To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information, including your name, email, and payment details (for premium subscriptions). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.


4. Subscription & Payments

We offer both free and premium features. If you purchase a premium subscription:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial or prorated refunds after 30 days.
  • You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not issue a refund for past charges.

We may change our pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect your current subscription period.


5. Ownership & License

All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including all software, features, designs, and intellectual property—are owned by The Snowball Method.

You own only:

  • The data you input into the Service.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Resell, sublicense, or exploit the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
